    Thank you for the great idea. Now my needles will be happy. I'll need to change up the size a bit, I use circular knitting needles.

    I made a similar pouch for my husband's wood working files. Just another idea for a "man gift".

    I did one simular, but used a clear acrylic inside, for the pocket so I could see exactly what was in there. Sewed a tape on top edge of inside pocket. Acrylic still soft. Made it 35 years ago and still use it.

    I have one my Mom bought for me years ago. Mine has a flap that folds down over the top of the needles before you roll it up. This keeps the needles very snug and unable to fall out if you tip it upside down. Just a suggestion for a modification.
    I love your fabric choices, very cheery in this winter mode I'm in here.

    You can fold the top down to hold them in place I just didn't include that in the tut because I forgot too.
