    I just purchased a quilt panel for my grandson and it is not long enough to suit my tastes. I loved the back of your quilt......adding other bands. You just solved my dilemma......thank you for sharing! And by the way, your quilt is LOVELY!

    I frequently piece backs in a similar fashion. If I only need a few inches, I'll add a row of squares. If I need more, adding sections framed out like this really spruce up the back.

    I forget where I bought it...I buy from many different places. It's called Safari Cats by Spectrix. If you go to http://www.quiltshops.com/search.htm and do a search, you will see it at several places. I'm thinking it was either Over the Rainbow or Fabric Shack.
