Mine is made the day after Thanksgiving,

Hellmann's Mayonnaise (has to be Hellmann's) on both sides of wheat toast, thin sliced turkey from the day before with a tiny bit of brown mustard.

    Can I have 3 favorites?

Soudough bread (toasted), fried eggs, butter on one slice, mayo on the other.

Grilled longhorn cheddar with bacon and tomato on sourdough.

Grilled shaved turkey breast, jack cheese, green chiles, and avocado on sourdough.
