You are doing a wonderful job and I love the border! Some tips to help you in the future: make sure all your blocks are squared to the same size especially appliqued ones. Check your sashing strips also, I have put my ruler on the wrong mark and 1/4" makes a difference. Check your sewing seam -use 1/4" foot or mark your machine with painters blue tape, last press, press and press somemore even 1/16th added up can leave you short but do not stretch the fabric. I was lucky to get great quilting advise early and have been pleased with most of my projects. Good luck. Moosegirl

It looks great to me. Nice job keep up the good work, I have been quilting if that is what you can call it for a long time and haven't put out a quilt that looks that good. Great job.

What a happy quilt! And how well you're doing. (My first quilt was so bad I had to make it into a dog bed - but they loved it.)

Keep on keepin' on - you're doing wonderfully. First quilts are so special.

Just make sure your seam are a consistent 1/4" and press as you go. Its gonna be an adorable quilt! Looks a whole lot better than my first quilt!
