Yes, and I'm going back tomorrow!! I still had money in my wallet, so have to spend it on my addiction!! Each of my kids would love a big lap robe to watch TV with. And each one has firm ideas of what color should be used on their own cover.

Just put the first load in the washer. Each piece I took for a fat quarter was at least one yard, many are more. Yup, I'm going back tomorrow.

yes, right from the bag to the washer with a color catcher. When they come out of the dryer hubby thinks it's old stash, not new stash. Who am I to correct him????

How conniving we can be. That is something I would do if my DH cared. Go for it girl. The more the merrier and how many beautiful quilts you will be able to put tog. It is great.

I had a nice find one time. 6 garbage bags of material for 10.00. My son found it at a garage sale. I separated it and took it straight to my washer. I spent the rest of the day washing, ironing, taging yardage. I had a huge mess !
I knew I would never use all of the material so I sold 4 boxes on Craig's List. Got my son's money back and plus I kept the rest. lol
