What a beautiful way to honor your friend’s memory! Best to you on your 60 mile walk in loving memory of Valorie. The quilt is beautiful! I'm sorry for your loss.

Thanks everyone! I will find time for myself. In fact I am hoping/planning to spend some time on a BOTM tonight. I live in the California mountains and many of my training walks are along rivers and lakes. Beautiful scenery that does a lot for my soul. Also, I injured my hip in Nov and it took me 4 looong months to get back out walking so I am being very careful. A side benefit of all this walking is I have lost 18lbs, my A1C test is now 5.6 (non-diabetic), and my legs are starting to look great!
