    sewing machine - what size throat?

    Anyone know anything about these industrial machines? I am seeing Juki DDL5500 and DDL8300 for a good price. Not sure if this is adequate for quilting. Plenty big, but don't know much about industrial machines.

    And what does it mean if it says 'Head Only'? Figured this out. It means without table and motor.

    Anyone know the throat depth of a JUKI HZL-35Z?

    FOUND IT: only 6 inches. bummer, good price on that one.

    i have a juki 98Q, 9 inch throat, on a Grace Pinnacle Quilting Frame and i have a juki F600, a 9 inch throat, for piecing and FMQ
