What kind of neck surery did you have? I had a C5-C6 fusion last winter and glad I did it. Take care, it takes a little time but you will feel much better. :-D

I had bi-lateral foraminal fusion at C6-7 due to foraminal stenosis. Those nerves were being crushed and I had pain shooting into the shoulder and down my right arm and numbness in both hands. The pain was horrific. Doing much better!!

Mine was C5 & 6 as well. I had mine December 9th. My advice is to do exactly what the physical therapist says to do for as long as they say to do it. You will be better in no time!

I am so surprised how many have had this surgery. I had the fusion of C 4,5,6... plate, screws and bone graft from my hip in 2006, just a month after I bought my new Elna. Bummer. The others are absolutely right about too much time on the computer and also good posture. My neck definitely lets me know when I need to do something else.

Best wishes to you. So glad you're feeling better.
