    Have you tryied using a walking foot when attaching the binding, this has helped me...

    I assume this is a bias binding. You will have better luck if you use straight of fabric binding unless you have curves. The bias is stretching more on one side than the other and then you get the "twist". Starching would probably work too. I always use straight grain binding on straight edges and never have a problem.
