The super Walmart in Raynham, MA was setting up with all new bolts of fabric about 2 weeks ago. It appears to be a smaller dept., but it is a start. Need to do a road trip and check it out!

I think it is a good sign if the precuts are clearanced at your Walmart. I heard today that an announcement was made that Walmart is bringing back their fabric dept. I didn't hear that announcement, myself.

My son lives in Blue Springs, MO on Lake Tapwingo. I really like visiting him there but they will be moving back here in about 1.5 years because after my DIL graduates from nursing school they are hoping to start a family. And of course they want to be near the Grandpas and Grandmas.
So glad WalMart got their fabric back.

Blue Springs is a great place to live, but it is so important to be close to family, especially when we have little ones. We are lucky that our families are near.

OH! I was at Walmart the other day and their precut was on clearance. I saw a small cutting table and some empty shelves, but our store is still in the last stages of remodel, so I thought it was just leftovers!! WOOT!

Well I don't really know if I'm glad ours is back or not. (Plainfield, IN) It is so small and they have a horrible selection. It's nothing like it used to be and I don't see any room for them to add or improve it much. I read an article that said WM was bringing back thousands of items. Yeah you can tell because they're cramming stuff in every little bit of space they can. You can hardly move around the store.

Haven't heard anything about Newcastle, If I have to go to Blanchard, Norman or Oklahoma City to get fabric, I can also kill 2 birds and go get groceries also. last laugh is on them.

Get a president in power that has enough sense to tell the envoirmentalist to take a hike.

Our Missouri Walmarts don't carry fabrics - I live in Jefferson City MO and have sent many letters and have talked with managers to no avail. We dont even have the precuts. The first superstore had fabric which was really great - they were always busy too!!! Not sure why they quit selling it - it was during there remodel that they closed it!! They built another one on my end of town and still no fabrics - I will continue my letters and calls - would love some help for this area - thanks cheryl
