    Also replying 5 th-
Nope but there is always the 5 th. I am so ready for a break from all the cooking and cleaning. Now it is mama time and that means quilting. I came home form a 2 week camping trip with 8 kids Friday night, unpacked till past mid night on Friday, more cleaning on Saterday, never mind Mt. Laundrynee, shop for birthday party and 4 th of July on Saterday and cooked the rest of the day/ night on Saterday, Sunday morning church, more cooking for 20+ people, picked up guests, ate, swam, played volleyball, did BBQ at night, cooked for the 4 th, on the 4 th DD 2 boyfriend wanted us to go our for coffeee with him, he asked for DD's hand in marriage, they got engaged later that day, cooked and cleaned, then 4 th of July for 60 plus till midnight. Today I am on strike and I am quilting. All I plan on is BBQ left over burgers tonight. Maybe I should be on strike for a week and quilt. Oh that sounds good.

Is the picture you posted a Bargello? Wow! How did you get the swirl effect? I love it! You are talented . Wish I had the pattern but it looks very involved. Is it?

That is awesome...would you pklease share the pattern name.
I found the pattern at http://www.chicaandjo.com/2009/09/03...le-cover-case/

If you have any questions, I would hope that I could help you. Some of it just didn't make sense, so I just had to do the hands-on approach. Ellie

yesterday I was sewing on a baby quilt for Project Linus. Just need to sew the sashing and cornerstones onto the blocks. They are all pinned and ready to go. Have all the borders cut out and ready also. Hope to finish it today.

This is actually the 5th. I did not quilt on the 4th as it was my husband's 55th birthday. We also had company so I decided I better not hibernate in my room and quilt. It turned out to be a nice day. Hope everyone had a great 4th.
