What do you have your tension set on the GQ1200 machine?

Thanks but I reached for the cutter the wrong way and spun the dial around and lost track of the tension it was set on and just wanted to know a general setting. Believe me I tried a lot of different settings according to thread, fabric and needle before I finally finished this project. It just gets so frustrating, you just cannot give up.
