Here's a Disappearing Nine Patch I made last summer for our newest granddaughter. I added sashing to mine. All it took was one charm pack for the prints, a little bit of each of the Moda Marbles and 1.5 yd or so for the sashing and borders. I had enough leftovers of all, so added the piano key border. Went together quickly, too.

I absolutely love that quilt.
It is great for a baby or even a throw for nap time for adults!!! Whatever that is!!!!! HA HA.

Love your quilt. The colors are just gorgeous!! I looked at the tutorial for the disappearing 9 patch, but it is done in scrappy fabrics, and I just can't envision how you placed your colors to make your beautiful quilt.
On the first block, is it a red square, then a white square, and then another red one. Second row, a white square, then a red one, and another white square. The third row, a red square, white one, and then a red one?

I've made a bunch of these. The D9P is one of my favorites and I prefer the patterned design over scrappy.
For the quickest method, you can stach n wack 3 fabrics. You will need 2 strips of "A" fabric, 3 of your "Focus" fabric, and 4 of fabric "B". I use width of fabric, 6 inch strips. Then make strips sets: Set one and 3 are: A,B, F. Then 1 of B,F,B.
Cut strip sets into 6 inch segments. Then assemble your nine-patch blocks through chain piecing. Then make the + cuts, swap, and once again chain piece the "super blocks".
Will try to attach pics of a couple of these. Happy quilting!
