Thank you for mentioning this. I just placed an order--much cheaper than what I pay at Joanne's. The last time I bought thread I was complaining about the price. This board gets better and better.

Has anyone used those?
I just bought a couple cones of the red poly. I used it for quilting some lap quilts for donation. I really like it. Very smooth, no breakage, and it has a matte finish and looks like cotton. I will be buying more for sure (maybe that will go on sale next??? A girl can hope, can't she?? LOL).

Oh yes, I use essentials thread and also Marathon. Have lots and lots of colors as I do some thread painting and you need loads of colors for that. also applique by machine and use lots of colors there too. Love the stuff.

I've been using it for about 7 years, no complaints, love the colors and the price.

I've purchased all the sets and a number of the neutral cones. I know I'm running out of a few of the color spools and need to replace with full spools.

I may look thru the clearance fabrics too but would probably buy some batiks. The light one, Sunflower Italian White is what I'm using for background on a block swap... I'm really happy with it AND gratefully it is nowhere as 'yellow' as it appears on my computer screen when I look at it. Hardly yellow at all.

I don't find it to be linty at all, but maybe it is cuz I don't use it in the bobbin, only Superior Bottom Line threads go in my bobbin.

Remember, lint isn't created by thread alone ... fabrics do their share of 'shedding' lint.

I'm surprised to hear that's it's linty. Haven't had any trouble yet

I use the big cones for piecing, and also use it in the bobbin on my Voyager 17. It does not work well for me on top of my Voyager. I will order more when I run low.
