    New to the Board - Older quilter by heart !!

    Hello to everyone!!! I found this Board by accident looking for a long arm quilting machine that wasnt the cost of a house.. Ive test drove APQ, A1, Gamill, Singer & Consew but the cost is way in right field... Ive decided that I can use what I have and adjust the playing field with a long and wide table and get a sit down machine with a larger throat..Good Idea or keep looking?

    I say it's a good idea, unless you have the money and can justify the expense.

    I love to make tops but I hate sending them away for someone else to quilt. So, my search is for a sit down and larger throated machine for quilting. Thanks you for your input.
