    Under! If a little one (or a kitten) start to twirl the roll, it wont all come flying off. The end just keeps twirling with the roll, not ending up on the floor!

    Doesn't work in my house, then I would just have claw marks in it. BT roll stays in a cubboard near the toilet. lol.
