You guys! These are GREAT!!! Wowie!

I'd no idea this was going on (note to self: check the board more often!!) Thank you, Patrice, for teaching and for posting all these great pics! I want to copy everybody who has posted so far. May I? SO pretty!

I'd often wondered if there was clipping involved in assembling hexagons. Now I know! Blessings on your head, oh Teacher of Hexagons! :D

(ooh, now I really MUST finish my other class project... the flip & sew table runner!)

This is an awesome class!!! I am a new quilter and thought hexagons would be too hard but you make it look so easy!

    Thanks,

I just found this today and would like a copy of the file. Is that possible? I could download each photo, but would like the instructions too.

    Thanks for your help

Beautiful job, Patrice! I LOVE the Jewish star material. I have been searching for Jewish themed fabric and all seem to have gold metallic in the pattern (which I think cheapens the look). Where did you get yours? Who is the manufacturer?? Thanks in advance. Happy Hanukkah!!!

I was out of town during this class but Love the technique! Thank you!
WHERE did you get the center design - the Jewish star? I have friends who would adore this!
    Hugs,

i'm with you, Diamonds. I don't know how the bookmark works, either.

    YO!!!! ADMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks to everyone for all the compliments. since this one seems to have been useful to some, i'll do another one - different topic - sometime in January.

i designed my own fabrics for my grandmother's garden quilt. they're all the same basic floral design with different colors for the background. i print it myself. The center motif, based on the Star of David, is also my design. i hope to design a whole line someday. one of many things more-or-less on hold until i retire from the full time job i have now.

i hadn't thought about selling either of them, but i could probably be talked into it. they'd have to be horribly expensive, i think. i love my printer, but it's an ink pig.

thanks again, everybody, for all the kind words. :P
