Beautiful new cut and a great thing to do with the leftover hair.

The new haircut looks fantastic! Wonderful donation!

My granddaughter donated 14" of her hair to Locks of Love.

Carrie, that's only true if it's bleached, not dyed. Check the website
Wigs for Kids website says Hair cannot be permed, color-treated, or highlighted. I wonder if there is an organization that would take highlighted hair. Mine is getting long, but it is highlighted.

You look gorgeous, my friend just had to order a wig, she has stage 2 cancer, but it is a very aggresive type, she is only 35 and a mother of two boys. Thank-you so much for your donation.

Mine had been colored and frosted but the curl is all natural. If you find one please let me know.

I also know that Pantene has an organization that takes donated hair and they don't charge for the wigs either. They work through the Cancer Society

The organization I am talking about is Locks of Love, not Wigs for Kids. However, if the highlights are bleached I don't think they accept it. I just cover my grays :)
