    The gold and red look best to me. I think I would have to vote for the red.

    The reason I am against that particular red... it draws the 5 red blades in the plate out, and I personally prefer to see the plate complete, not with the 5 plates standing out. Maybe a matching color of the red or green, but not the same as the blade fabric would work.

    I think black would make it pop if not then I like the red. The red really brings out the reds in the plate.

    It is so beautiful. I like the gold and the red. It is too bad you don't have a fabric with both of those colors in it in a soft way. Please post your finished quilt, would just love to see it....

    I like the look of the red poinsettia center.......it blends in so nicely.

    of course, that's only my opinion...

    but then again, the last one with the white center gives the appearance that it is a wreath on a white background which is very nice also.

    Gee, anyone of them would work so I guess that I am not too much of a help.........
