I know this is not a quilting pattern I am looking for BUT you are always such a great group to help with many things -- I know I have it somewhere but I just can not find it - I may have even loaned it out. Hoping and Praying one of you have the chart or know where I can find it.

It is a plastic canvas coaster that is just the face of a gingerbread man -- I am hoping to change it just a bit so my grandson can make snowman coasters. He wants to make them as Christmas gifts. It reminded me of the snowball block, had light pink checks and a face on the "block". They looked really simple and I know he would have a great time making them

Thanks Thanks Thanks for all of your help

I don't have that pattern but I know what one you are talking about.
My grandma taught me how to do the plastic canvas years ago. Between her and I, I bet we made 5,000 different things out of the plastic canvas. We did make a ton of coasters though thats for sure. I have a couple of books still collecting dust over on the book case. LOL
Good luck and I hope you are able to find it.

He is just 8 so I am hoping something really simple - we are also working on his first quilt - I make scrub tops for my daughter to sell where she works, he started asking me if you could have the triangles that are cut out for the neckline. It was some time after that he brought me what he had collected and asked me if he could sew them together. It will be truly a scrap quilt when we get done.

Sorry! I just sold my books (and that pattern!) at my last rummage sale. Wish I had all that plastic canvas back now that I found other uses for it.
Here is a really cute snowman ornament that would make wonderful coasters.

    Thanks for your help
