There are two sizes of the twister ruler. If you have the larger size twister and cut your fabric accurately, you will have enough to use the smaller twister and make a smaller version. There are lots of threads on here about the twister with pics from other board members. It is my most favorite new ruler and pattern this year. Your work is great. I'm not a fan of cardboard, if you get a chance to get a piece of plexiglass, use that, you won't have your edges getting cut or wore down. Necessity is always the mother of invention.

The ruler DOES come in two sizes. I have them both. I believe the larger ruler is used with 10" layer cakes. I've seen some smaller quilts done by using these and they are lovely. Go for it! Love the little one you have done here.

I would like to get it made into plexi but i don't have anyone to do it for me, so for now (unless i hit the lottery) my cardboard will have to do. Thanks everyone for the comments.
