I did find a service manual for the 319 http://parts.singerco.com/IPsvcManuals/306W25.pdf I haven't printed it out yet - pictures are pretty grainy.[/QUOTE]
I have read the service manual when I first got my 319W.The disk do not not wear out as fast as we were led to think. If the stack is working why would you want to change out the stack unless something was broke. If it ain't broke don't mess with it.

This is going to take some getting used to for me as well. The learning curve is going to be HUGE! Bear with my crazy comments until I figure out how to maneuver around with the new format My update dropped me back in September and it took me a while to figure out how to get to the current info.

I don't see how to add pictures. Oh dear, that's half the fun. Now I think I see how to post a picture. Everyone will have to be patient, I guess

Hey gang!!! Welcome to the new shop location and I hope you guys really enjoy it here, yes it is the same old shop but it looks like we are in for a learning curve. Fortunately I am a member of another forum that deals in traditional Rods and Customs (HAMB) and it is a lot like this format so I might have a prayer of negotiating around. Anyway I will be back in a few minutes I am going to look around and see if I can get my profile back to where it was.

I'm lost with this new format. I found this thread after a bit of searching. But where is the virtual VSMS ? Can someone post a link to it?
