    You are very talented. The quilt looks so sophisticated --- I'm thinking simple quilting would be what it needs; not a lot of heavy or complicated design. Dress is lovely.

    I would use dk green thread on the top so as not to compete with the gold. but I'm new at this . beautiful dress and quilt

    Smile Holly stencil

    Love your quilt, glad to share this holly stencil with you. I used it on my xmas tree skirt. It worked up real easy, I just did a random placement, with some meandering to connect the pattern. I also used a red metallic, which really showed up nicely.

    Love the dress, we're expecting another grandchild this April, sure hope it's a girl to sew for!
