    I love the fabric. You have done such a nice job so far. Just let it lay there and talk to you for a day or two and the borders will come to you. Awesome quilt. I love it.

    Love your color choices - I mean REALLY love them. Whether you add more borders I guess depends on how big you want this. I agree that if you audition them and take another picuture it will help with your decision. Good luck - can't wait to see the finished product.

    Red then Navy. Very nice quilt and I like the pattern. The pattern would be nice for a scrappy quilt.

    Since you have a dominant red sashing close to the edge, I would add a navy border and then bind it in the red. I think it's gorgeous. I just ordered some Japanese material from Stitch N Frame on sale, and was wondering what I would make with it. I sure would love to have the sizes you used for your blocks to make one similar to this pattern. It looks easy enough that surely I could do it!! Thank you for sharing your pretty quilt!!!

    I would bind with red then do one more round with your Japanese blocks then the blue border.
    Beautiful so far can't wait to see it finished!

    What ever you do it will be beautiful!

    nana7 beautiful quilt! i think a blue border with red binding would be nice. either way it's a beautiful quilt.
