I am quite sure I will never do a patchwork quilt again....I prefer wholecloth!

A sweatshirt jacket. So ill fitting. It's not worth the time and money I spent on the fabrics for it.

After 38 years of quilting I have a long list of never again. Fortunately there's an even longer list of things I love to make.

OMG ladies, the differences I see. I will NEVER make another "paper pieced" item again. This summer I made one out of FISH for SIL (being a fisherman) & it had 12 pieces to this fish, the quilt came out beautiful but took forever to do it & all of the angles drove me crazy, he really appreciated all the hard work I did.

Never is kind of a long time, yet it will be a very long time before I do another intricate paper-pieced design. My last venture was a Birds of Paradise wall quilt. There were way too many tiny pieces for my "10-20-30 Minutes to Sew" mind set.
