Today my quilt arrived and I want to share it with you all! It is a sweet, delightful and skillfully made, little doll quilt! The wind looks as if it is blowing in the Spring sky and Sue still has her wool coat and hat on! The kite has beads and a hand-embroidered tail! Thank you, thank you, SewExtreme(Linda). Lousie do not stress, I'm not going no where so take your time, sorry the first one didn't work out for you, I know how that feels because I think the top one that I wasn't happy with looks more like a place mat instead of a doll quilt...I'm glad you like them and thank you for swapping with me, I enjoyed making the second one very much! I wish I had made me one just like it...LOL but I ran out of the shamrock fabric...LOL

I received my DQ yesterday (Monday 2-27), and I love them
both, my partner Lv2Sew2011 said she was not happy with the
first dq, so she made me a second one.
I am beyond pleased!!!!!
As much as I hate to admit this I am so late this month, I
THOUGHT I was about finished with my dq, tossed it in the
washer so that I could get the "shrinkage" effect I wanted
and the blasted thing FELL APART!!!!!
Boy talk about not being a happy quilter I think I even invented
a few new swear words because of that, now I am back to
square one.
I am sorry my friend that I am late this month.
Here are pictures of the dq I received.
