Oops, I misunderstood. Must have been too late at night when I read the question.

They work. They're pretty much universal. LOVE the FISKARS!

    they work just fine.
I have 2 60's. I never use them!!! I have a Martelli cutter now and always use just that, except for the small trimming jobs, I have a 28 on the slideout "table" on my sewing desk.
With my Martelli cutter, I can easily cut 5 or 6 layers at a time, sometimes more

I know that none of my Fisker Blades fit in the Olfa. The holes weren't the same. One had an oval shape the other round. I'm not sure which way it went. I Fisker then both Olfa, and none of Fiskers blades would fit, the 45 or 60, that's been about 3 yr ago, things may have changed.

I have used Olfa blades in my Fiskar cutter very successfully, not sure about the other way around. I have found that Olfa blades stay sharp quite a bit longer than the Fiskar blades. I have quilting friends who have had the same experience.

I'm wondering whether you may have picked up some of the scrapbooking blades instead of blades for the regular rotary cutter. The ones I've seen for scrapbooks have some extra plastic in the center of the blade.
