new to Quilting Board
Hi - I've been reading the threads and drooling over the photos and thought i should introduce myself.
I'm Irene from northern New York State, on the St. Lawrence River north!
I started quilting 21 years ago when my daughter was a toddler and I wanted to decorate her room with soft things. Since then I've tried various types of quilting and enjoy them all!
Married to a wonderful man for 35 years, we have one DD and DSIL and 2 grands - one of each!

Welcome from Washington State! Wish I had started sooner, I love everything about quilts, sewing, reading about them, admiring what other people can do and especially like all the folks on this sight. Feels like you just made many many new friends.
