Fay, what a perfect quilt for your son and his wife! It's really beautiful. I have been thinking about trying embroidery floss for a quilt I'm working on...for the color and emphasis. Was it more difficult? Hey, don't feel bad about 3 years...I started my daughter's wedding quilt before she got married and gave it to them for their 10th anniversary!

This is a stunning quilt, and definitely has the flavor of the Adirondacks. Your fabric choices are perfect, I love the little trees, and the paw prints. It's perfect.
