I knew a high school girl who was diagnosed with breast cancer and very aggressive form. She needed a bathrobe and liked purple. Your quilt made me think of that as I had completely forgotten about making one for her. After two years of treatments, I tutored her and she finished high school, she is alive and well and the mother of two teenagers. That was about 30 years ago so will hope that the purple color does its trick again for your friend. Very kind of you.

It's really Kool! I think a cheerful quilt like that should be helpful for her to get through this rough period in her life. You are being a good friend.
