Mary Beth are the blue wrap things the only thing you will need for your broken wrists during the healing? A couple of years ago a coworker fell down stairs and broke her left wrist but had a metal halo type thing with long screws holding it in. In any case hope you are able to heal quickly and will have all the help you will need, and don't hold back from asking for help when you need it.
