Quilts for Rosie - Weekly Paper Pieced Sampler Quilt Along
#121
My Rosie came yesterday in the mail. I am thinking of tackling the 4" PP blocks, but am leaving my options open in case I get stuck in the weeds.
I've also signed up for the Civil War swap and think I'll make these blocks in those prints as well so I can mix and match blocks perhaps, although making 4" blocks would require they be cornerstones perhaps amongst the larger blocks...whereas I can just add simple borders to 10" blocks...hmmm...well, at least I've ordered my fabrics! Got that part decided anyhoo...

Hi I wrote before about how much material I need for this project,, I have order my book but unfortuntely it wont be here in Australia till the end of August and I need to order my material before that. So if anyone can help and let me know how much I need for the 10" blocks it would help a lot.

I thought I might do both the large & small blocks, but realized I have too many other things going on, so I'm doing the large blocks in red, white, blue fabrics. I bought the fabric the other day and really like it. Will also use some of the fabrics from my stash too. I can hardly wait to get started...
