    Default zucchini cobbler

I was looking for a sweet dessert but did not have any fruit at the house, only some zucchini. Started searching the web and found a recipe for 'zucchini cobbler'. It came out so delicious, better then apples. I will not write the recipe but please search the web.
worth trying, delicious with ice cream.

made half of this recipe in a pie dish

I make the zucchini cobbler every year, but with brown sugar, raisins and lots more cinnamon. Everybody thinks it's apple cobbler. Later I tell them they just had a serving of vegetables.

That's a fabulous recipe, I make it every year. It's perfect for those "too big" zucchini since you cook them up a bit before baking. Goes to show that apple cobbler tastes like apple cobbler because of the sugar and cinnamon!
