    I agree! You don't know how many cuts i have that are like 13 years old..cause I liked it at the time. It will be vintage and "in" by the time i get to it. LOL

    Wonderful fabric and choice of pattern alows you to enjoy it as sort of a study. Very nice. I may borrow this idea.

    I love your fans too. Great pattern for them. I've done a pattern very similar to yours, but the horizontal focal pieces have one color accent, and the vertical focal pieces have a different accent color. Actually, mine have always been larger than 4.5" with 1.5" accent.

    I have that fabric (and several other colorways as well). That is a great way to showcase the fabric. I like the 4.5" width of the fans. Great idea.

    If my pencil serves me right, you can make a quilt that is 48"x52" with your yard of focus fabric, before borders. Love the fabric and the strips that frame it.

    I too have bought a piece of fabric just because I liked it. I guess that's one way of building up a stash. haha I love fabric!!!

    That is a wonderful way to use this fabric. You didn't have to cut it into very small pieces, so the fabric design shows to full advantage. Beautiful! Thanks for the tutorial.
