    Your hubby just happens to be wrong about this. It is not weird at all and any baby would love this quilt. I have learned when it comes to what hubby thinks you just kind of ignore and go on!! It is a very cute quilt and the colors are great. Even the black!!

    That is funny! Of course you all are right, sometimes you just need to hear it from fellow quilters. Pastels are just not my style, I wanted a quilt for a little girl that would last over different years, not just new born.

    Bold colors are easier for baby's eyes to see. Your hubby is wrong. Your quilt is adorable!

    Its beautiful! and one of the first color combos that draw a babys eyes are Black n white or Black n red.. So it is a great geometric to put in a baby quilt!

    Adorable baby quilt. The choice of fabrics is great. Especially the accent of black and white. And are those black dots in the polka dots? It's just perfect for baby; and as someone said earlier,the baby will like it even when she'd older. Great quilt.
