Oh NOOOOOOO! Great quilt and nice job on the quilting. I like Homespun's idea for removing the offending triangle if you don't need it for another project. I will have to remember that for the next time it happens to me.

Yesterday I was binding a quilt and discovered that one long corner had flipped up and gotten quilted in. I trimmed the errant fabric really close to the stitch line and was able to pull it free without mishap. Perhaps it will work for you as well Otherwise, you could cover it with your label!
