HobbyKat, Love your house block. It almost looks like it's camoflaged in the forest. It's a great addition for sure. (I love House blocks.) They are so addicting to make.

Robert.....I just started a machine embroidering a while ago. I would like to try making those beautiful Santas. Is it ok to ask you where you get your patterns? Pm me if you would like. Thanks.

    Default No Problem...

You can get them at "A Bit of Stitch" or secrets of Embroidery. They are called Old World Applique Santas. there are 4 sets. I used different colors and rich fabrics to given them that old world look. sometimes i will rotate them so they are looking the other way. just use your imagination and GO FOR IT.
    All the best
    R
PS, Sometimes i go down to goodwill or a thrift store and buy an old formal and cut it up for fabric.......
