Beautiful quilt! Re the fibro - I don't have it but have talked to some who do. Ever tried going Gluten-free? I've heard it helps some.

What a beautiful quilt. I love to see others use up every last bit of scrap material. I have been making scrap quilts but nothing compared to the amazing work you have shown.

It's a beauty....love the colours. It radiates charm and happiness. Hope you are feeling better....Fibro, Lupus and Arthritis are a pest...my friend Lupus is dragging me down today, so I know how it is. I tell everyone quilting and gardening keep me going....amazing, somehow despite the pain and misery, a lot of creativity and joy can still shine through.
