    Default Fall leaves door hangers

I am trying to make various door hangers for our ex-neighbour who has moved into a senior's apartment complex. I made her a Fall one using metallic threads around the appliqued leaves. While working on her hanger, I decided to make a similar one for ourselves. I delivered hers yesterday and she was quite happy to see the colourful Fall leaves.

Great leaves! Are some of them embroideried? I love the touch fancifulness!

Thank you! They are all appliqued but I used metallic thread for the satin stitches as well as the black "windy day lines." We have snow on the ground right now so it seemed odd to give her the hanging now. Hopefully, it will melt this week and the leaves will be able to fall off our loaded trees!
