    Default HAPPINESS is...???

Happiness is...FINALLY finding the perfect quilt pattern for that special yardage in your stash that you've been adoring/treasuring/saving for only who knows how long - all during which time you were convinced that the perfect pattern never did really exist-that it was only a figment of your imagination!!!

    What makes YOU happy?

Finding that once the blocks are all stitched together 99.9% of the points came out right!!!

Happiness is the time I spend with my quilting friends. Doesn't make any difference of we quilt, shop, or talk. I love my quilting friends - they make me happy

I agree with OP ... I still have ... a STACK of fabric that I am waiting for the perfect pattern to develop.

other than that .... once I quilted and quilted and quilted and finished quilting it and when I checked the bobbin, there was 1" of thread left on it! I giggled all day long about that.

I'm easy, I am so happy when I sew on my binding and the seams of the binding don't wind up in the corners. And I smile when I finish sewing it on and I only have a small piece of binding leftover.

I'm with Penni! I love opening that block and pressing it and seeing that all the points/corners/lines match up and look good! I hate having to pull seams and start over :/
