All the blocks should be delivered by Saturday at the very latest - even with the storm issue.

Came home tonight and my blocks were here. They are beautiful. This is by far the best block swap I have ever been in.
Thank You everyone and Thank You Deb for all you have done.

Now that the swap is done, I have spent 28 hours (Fri and Sat) putting together a Log Cabin quilt for a RE client of mine. He should be closing on the house this week, as well as starting a new position in a school district. Posting pictures is a real hassle for me. There has to be an easier way. Anyway, as for another swap, I probably won't be setting anything up till January. The holiday season is just too busy for everyone, and it should be family time, not rushing to beat fabric deadlines. I do have an idea, it involves tweaking the swap a bit. I am thinking of doing a large block, God's Eye, I am being spiritually drawn to that block, but instead of making 12, since it is a large block, maybe only 6 or perhaps stretching it to 9. Just in the roaming around in my head idea.

I googled "God's Eye". This is where it took me: http://www.quilterscache.com/G/GodsEyeBlock.html. Is this the block you were thinking of, Deb? Because it really is beautiful!

Wow! The layout that shown on page 3 is stunning against that all black background. And the border...oh my.

With a block that large, it would make a great center for a row robin...just sayin'
