Katybob, that's the way I do long seams, too. Since we are doing WOF and you can't hold on to the beginning and end. I hold the edges together about 12" from my needle, sew to my fingers, stop sewing, move my fingers down another 12" and hold together while I sew. It eliminates any creeping of the bottom piece.

Thanks, katybob. I will give that method a try on my other 2 sets of strips.

Hello, I got started late and am trying to find all the clues. I have fabric requirements, Clue 2 & Clue 5, where do I find the other clues already posted?

    Thanks in advance.

well I am my own worst advisor. I read, reread and still did it wrong. I put the bottom of my ruler on 3.5 across the strata but at the bottom. *sigh* what was I thinking ??? lol at least I only cut one strata. I'm so hoping we don't use much more of the E/F fabric. Will have enough of the other five but this one is looking iffy. another big *sigh*. Now have to cut more strips, sew another strata and learn from my mistake. Put the RULER line on 3.5 inches, not the fabric.
