Log cabin,9 patch and Bento Box. All great scrap quilts sometimes the 9 patch sections are leaders and enders, so I get 2 quilts done at once.

I like DP9, Lemoyne Star and 10 minute blocks. You can see I go for the easy ones!! Someday I will have to tackle one that takes a lot of time. But usually am in such a hurry to start another quilt that I can't wait to finish the one I'm working on.

I usually gravitate to a new pattern each time, but for some reason I had several requests for this same pattern for several baby quilts. They generally have a diaper bag to match (as seen in one of the pics). Luckily it is a fairly easy pattern that I found in an old magazine (I think it was a McCall's Quilting from a few years back). It's amazing how much difference the choice of fabrics can change the looks. I love making the prairie points and they look harder than they are.

I am new to quilting, just a few months ago started doing it serious. I would start a top and run out of fabric and put it away for sometime years. But the since about 3 months ago I've completed one log cabin queen size quilt, finished just yesterday a wavy log cabin top and almost finished a second wavy log cabin top. Love doing them.

I like to make whatever pops into my head and then I bring it to life!

I have made "yellow brick road" by Atkinson designs many times, usually for baby quilts.

I don't understand "leaders and enders". I have seen that term more than once in the last few days. Could someone please explain?
