    Default One of Those Days!

Did you ever want to just scream? Glad I noticed this before I put the borders on.

NOOOOOO! I bet you noticed it when you took the picture to put it on QB? Aren't you glad you decided to post a work in progress picture and not the finished quilt?

I must be blind....can't find your problem.

    on edit:
OK, I really had to study it but I did locate it. I would call that artists interpretation and go with it.

I did a very similar thing, but didn't notice until it was all quilted and bound! Only 2 things left to do: ignore it and hope no one notices, or rip out the offending piece and sew it back in. Yep, I did the 2nd choice. Wasn't too hard, but it sure taught me a lesson to look twice before sewing!

It happened last night when I was getting tired. I had to rip and re-sew three times on that row, then decided to call it a night. But what makes me really mad is that I didn't notice it this morning when I added the last two rows. Can't bring myself to get out the seam ripper right now.

A bit of targeted and localized surgery, and it will all be better.

It never ceases to amaze me how easily things can go awry, no matter how much care is taken, walking the blocks from the design wall to the sewing machine.

When it happens to me, I just want to scream.

On another note, I like the setting you used for your blocks. Very striking.
