Some of the things I am making are little first aid kits (they look like the crochet hook holders that roll up) and car trash bags. I finished a couple of wall hangings, crochet placemats, scarves and boot cuffs. I also made a refashioned sweatshirt jacket for my Mom. If I have the time, I am making a skirt and a refashioned tshirt for daughter #2 and a refashioned shirt for daughter #3. But the mosts fun I had was making 2 rice packs for my son in law. I made the eye mask look like a superhero mask and the larger one I put his initial on with two lightening bolts. I hope to get pics taken and posted tomorrow. I have been having fun! Ho Ho Ho!!
Is there a pattern for those first aid kits? Sounds like the perfect thing to send the youth at church off to camp with. Also, is there a pattern for the eye mask rice bag? I've made the neck ones but not an eye one.

I just realized tonight I forgot to post that I received an awesome package from Nancyw last Friday. Work is very hectic right now and it was great to have her package to kick off the weekend. I had planned to take a pic Sat. but it ended up being a very busy day and I never got the pic taken I had the sense of mind to pm nancy. So I want to let you all know that I did receive my package and it has in it...large dove bar that lasted thru Sat. 3 fabrics a very colorful large print and 2 coordinates, a glass angel with pearly wings, a book Wicked Business by Janet Evnovich, some beer nuts, a box of green tea, several packs of ghirardelli double chocolate that you make with hot milk yummmm. I'll try to remember the picture tomorrow.
Verna hope you get your package tomorrow. Seems like that bench is pretty crowded, I'll bring over some warm cookies to go with the snowman soup. Speaking of which Segagal those snowmen are too cute, had to laugh got finished with the tute and you asked if there were any ?? and my thought was nice description but could we see a pic. and there you were with it.
Lovely packages too, they are all so different but all so much fun.
And it is nice to see you k. You are looking good, & hope some of the red tape is clearing up and things are going better for you.

Wow 12+ inches that might delay things a bit. plus so many packages are being processed now too for holidays. At least enjoy a snow day of staying in and sewing/crafting. Hope those stray packages arrive soon.

What a wonderful package of goodies!!! Thank you, Knitette!!!
So glad you liked your package. I love searching for hand-crafted items and Scottish souvenirs/novelties. You may not have noticed, but there are Thistle flavoured and Heather flavoured tea bags in with the Whiskey ones.

Lori - hope you're making a good recovery.

Krystyna - so pleased to see you looking so well!

Default Swap package received from Starshine

Received an awesome package from Tricia - aka starshine yesterday; she went out of her way to find a fabric panel that I had on my wish list - can't thank you enough for that. Also included was a handmade pin-cushion (it is much needed); an ornament for my feather tree; a red and white stuffed dog - guess I'll name him "Target"; a red and white snowflake fabric; chocolate covered coffee beans that are to die for and a beautiful Christmas card. Thank you for such a wonderful package.
