How interesting as I am now in the process of quilting a poppy wall hanging from Edyta Sitar and I do have the seed pods in the centers and intend to sew black stamens in and put black seed beads on the ends. Barely got started yesterday, only got about six petals stitched down. I didn't totally like the color of green that I used on most of the buds, so I took crayon to them. Still have to heat blot them.

It looks wonderful. The oil pastels take a long time to really really dry. Time will cure them. The flowers look wonderful and the addition of your pastels made them dimensional. I love using them. It is fun.

I love how the shading add so much to the flowers.
