I think with a few more fabrics (maybe a mauve & a pale blue) that they'd make a great bargello, maybe something like this one:

I would do a whack and stack lap quilt. I think all the colors blend well. The darker grey is good contrast.

So would I. They are nice but I think they need a fabric with the same colors that have a bit more Punch to it.

Now this is funny! I wanted to have you look at a really pretty gray and yellow DP9 and when I went to find it, I see that you made that one! I really like your gray and yellow quilt and I think the pink and gray will finish in the same soft look. I suppose you'd like a different pattern for these, sorry I don't have any suggestions for you. Good luck.

I might add that I seem to gravitate to lower contrast quilts. Must be why I like your gray and yellow so much.

I would put them in my stash until I needed them. It's nice to have things on hand that blend in. All together in a quilt I think would be very bla.

I like your colors together. Sometimes it is nice to have a quilt that doesn't shout at you. Gentle can be very soothing. Sorry that I don't have a pattern suggestion. ..Well, Take Five would look good, but it only needs 5 fabrics...so maybe Yellow Brick Road or something similar?
