I took the risk of mailing a wee late so I could finish mug rug's for my SP's this month... I hope that was an acceptable reason.

Then the hubby stood in line at the post office for 30 plus minutes as I am at work on mandatory overtime. Yay, hubby... until I reminded him to save the receipt and he replied 'too late'. ARGH!!

Soooooooooo... I'll be hoping and praying that my SP in zip code 19 and the other in zip code 10 will receive their packages on Tuesday else I'll be ready to repack and ship. Keep the positive energy flowing that these are not the lost packages!!

    Default Happy Surprise!!

I've been gone all day and just came home to the most fabulous SP package I have ever seen. It fits me to a tee. Hav4boys you really outdid yourself and selected and made the most perfect things for me. 3 coffees, breakfast blend, kona and hazelnut, FQ's in teal, 1/2yds. of purple fabric, quilting thread, 6 beautiful patterns and a Simplicity sewing accessories pattern pack, heart shaped pumice stone with little pink roses scented soap petals, shower gel, a scrubby net, peaches and cream yarn with 2 new crochet hooks. Peanut butter M&M's, yum, heath bars, another yum, Valentine heart candies and blueberry dum-dum sucker. I tried to share with my hubby and gave him the dum dum but he said he was more of a smart a--. Think he wants a heath. Kathy the first aid kit you made is fantastic!!! Thank you so much, I am putting it in my car so I'll have a nice one instead of the plastic boxes. I will use every single bit of this package, I love it!! It's going to be a hazelnut morning. Again thank you ever so much!!

This is my wonderful package from quiltingdragon. As you can see from the photo, I got some wonderful fabric (including the Fairy Frost I asked for!)- cuts, FQs and a cute bundle of 1/8ths, books, threads and Clover Clips and a stiletto, both of which I asked for. In fact I'm over moon that the clips and stiletto are the same as the ones from Dabbler312, so I'll be able to have a set for home and class! Hooray! Thank you - I love everything!

I have to say I'm getting a little anxious about my packages. It will be two weeks tomorrow since I posted them. This is the longest they've taken to date. One is going to a state I'm fairly sure doesn't get snow, so perhaps they're held up at Customs.

Great packages - I'm going to have to borrow the idea for a first aid kit for the car from jaba's package - how very clever.

I just love the packages everyone is getting. We have such caring and giving members on this board.

Also, I just wanted to share a little of Jill's latest PM to me that I received this morning. GOD Bless each of you that is sharing with her. She is really having a difficult time dealing with the loss of her pets more so than the material things. Don't know if I mentioned it but she didn't have any insurance. Let's keep her in our prayers.

I got several packages today...I went upstairs to an apt of a young man I have made friends. He made Tacos. I sat in a chair and opened gifts. With each one I cried and cried. I am speechless. what strangers have done for me is beyond any words. I came back home and called my brother to tell of my gifts. I cried all over again. One of my doctors says I am sufferring from Post Traumatic Stress. Thanks for all you do. Your friend Jill
