    I made almost an identical one for my first pieced top. What I discovered is measure, square up, press, measure, square up and PRAY. It went together well as the pattern was well designed. It was huge and is being quilted now. Can't wait to see it finished with the quilting. Yours is just beautiful as the colors contrast so nicely. You will get it done.

    Ha! This is pretty much my method, too. With extra PRAY steps in between. I looked up your diamond log cabin quilt and it is beautiful! Yay for crazy first projects!
