Oh what cute farmer and his wife! How special your quilt is going to be, so anxious to see all of the blocks together! That is going to be one huge quilt!

QE--wow! That postage stamp block looks tedious...good job. Your farmer/wife are a nice touch too.

Too cute, QE. You have been working so hard and deserve a loud "Yipee!!" Love your creativity with those blocks. I'm with Jeanie--can't wait to see it all together (not nagging!)

That's 148 fabrics, QE! You could've done a better job of fussy cutting
Farmer's Wife has an apron--right on! And denim blue for Farmer John!
    Both great additions.

What size are those stamps??? I can't seem ta git stamps straight w/o usin' a gridded stabilizer. (I've srarted usin' Aqua Mesh & drawin' my own grid.)
Your farmer & wife are just awesome!

Thanks Everyone, for your many kind words!
And a SPECIAL THANK YOU too, to QNSue, for sharing The Farmer patterns, and many of tge extras in my barnyard!

JeanieG ... not really that big as I'll only have a 8x9 layout ... plus some spares. So will have to do something with them later!

CarrieM ... yes, each stamp is about 2/3" finished. Thank heavens for PPing which makes it not quite so tedious and helped keep it somewhat straight as I worked.

JanRN ... Nag Nag Nag ........ kidding!! I can't wait to see it all together too!

OKSGlad ... the FW and her DH are just a tad too coordinated for "real" farmers, don't you think? And note the suspenders for the Farmer!

DublB ... see above ... PPing is the saving grace.

two final blocks Whirly girly by Bonnie hunter & Four patch variation

The last 2 show what I'm using for sashing, lots of Y-seams. Next picture will be of the group without the 2 above.

Thank you for your kind words about my block GrannyQ!

Yours are outstanding .......... and even more so when I see the final group shot. Your attic window sashings really do have the 3-D effect and will show even more so once all is quilted. Amazing!

Thank you QE, I really appreciate the kind words. It's really been great working with everyone, even though we only do this on line.

I so agree with your GrannyQ ... my best quilting buddies, are right here in these PC and FWS threads!
I have so many memories tied up in the FWS and PC quilts, and soon to be the PCBB (next in line) ... and the 2013 MB WIP!!
